Family Justice Center Client Process Mapping

Download File

Alliance for HOPE International created this document to define process mapping, identify its benefits, and explain how to create one. A process map is a planning and management tool that visually describes the work flow at a Family Justice and Multi-Agency Center (Center). Process maps show a series of events that produce an end result. Process mapping can be used in Centers to examine the client’s journey from intake to provision of long-term services, to help to identify strengths, gaps in services, flow of collaboration, partners or services that need to be included, and to find strategies to improve service delivery.
