Victim Resource Program – What May Happen While Your Case is Pending
Created by the Denver City Attorney's Office, this one-page template resource can be given to victims whose cases are still pending. It provides examples of how the defendant may respond in an attempt to sway the victim to drop charges, while also re-emphasizing that the abuse is not the victims fault.
